A daily routine that includes cleansing both in the morning and before going to bed is essential to prepare our skin for the day that awaits us and everything that cosists of, exposure to the sun and pollution (to name just a few). Hidrating our skin is equally important, not only by drinking adequate amounts of water along the day, but also using cremes that are approriate for our skin type and age.  Indispensable!
