How to use vanilla pods!

“With the aid of a knife, cut the tips of the two ends of the pod; cut the pod in half in the direction of the lengths; with the tip of that same knife, or a spoon, scratch the beans without using a lot of pressure to remove its seeds.  Its these seeds that will give aromas to your recipes. “
